Reading: Today you should be on page 93.

Agenda:

1. Create your new vocabulary list. Since it is a short week, you can include 15 words. Or you can do the whole list to make up for a missing vocabulary assignment. You must submit the words for you list in a comment for this assignment.
2. Collect one pager about the lecture from last week.
3. Quiz on chapter 2 of the novel. It will be in Google Classroom.
4. Lecture on Art and Beauty in The Hobbit.

2. Week 10 (10/16-10/20) TH chapters 6-8, pages 100-184
3. Week 11 (10/23-10/27) TH chapters 9-13, pages 185-265 
4. Week 12 (10/30-11/3) TH chapters 14-19, pages 266-365

Homework:

1. The Hobbit Chapters 3 through 6. It is due by Sunday at 9PM.
2. Read your independent reading book.
